Boxes activated on the Somfy-Connect website are not linked to your Pro account and therefore do not appear automatically. But you can still link them to your Pro account after activating them.
You can register such a box in your Pro account directly on the Serv-e-go page or contact Somfy support.
You must enter your TaHoma PIN and customer sign-in email address.
